What’s the estimated delivery time?
The delivery timeframe depends on your location and typically ranges from 5 to 7 working days. We understand the excitement of receiving your anime merch, so we’re committed to delivering it as quickly as possible.
How can I keep tabs on my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you can start tracking it. Simply click the tracking link provided in the email we send you. Alternatively, log in to weebscult.com and visit the ‘My Account’ section to stay updated on your order’s status in real-time.
Will all items be shipped together?
We aim to ship all the items in your order together, but sometimes a few products might need separate shipments. So, your goodies may arrive at different times. However, rest assured that we minimize any delivery time differences (and maybe even organize a friendly race between our delivery agents). We’ll keep you informed with dispatch and delivery notifications so you can track every step of your order’s journey.
What’s the shipping fee?
For orders below 499/-, there’s a delivery fee of Rs 60. However, if your order totals 499/- or more, the delivery fee is waived – on us!
Do I need to be present to receive my order?
We recommend receiving your order in person to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re not available, we’ll deliver to the next best person at your location, always confirming with you via phone. To maintain security and validation, we’ll take the receiver’s signature upon delivery. We also reach out for feedback to ensure your order is received in top-notch condition.
What if I miss my delivery?
We understand that life keeps you on your toes. If you miss a delivery, don’t worry – we’ll make up to three consecutive attempts on consecutive days. So, even if you’ve missed a delivery, we’ll give it another shot. Just make sure your delivery address is accurate.
Can I change my delivery address or phone number once I’ve placed the order?
Changing these details after the order is placed isn’t currently possible as your information is already with our warehouse for packing and shipping. However, you can always cancel the order before it’s packed and shipped, and you won’t face any cancellation charges.
Cash on delivery service:
While we don’t offer COD service for all orders at the moment, we’re actively working on making it available ASAP.
Do you deliver to all corners of India?
Yes, we’re proud to be one of the few brands that deliver all across India, thanks to our trusted delivery partner, India Post. There may be occasional exceptions due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters, but we strive to reach you wherever you are.
What delivery carriers do you use?
At Weebscult, we’re committed to providing you with an outstanding shopping experience. That’s why we partner with the best in the industry. We utilize the logistics services of India Post and Delhivery. We’ll notify you in advance of the partner delivering your order.
I need a copy of my invoice for my Weebscult order. How can I get one?
No problem! We include an invoice with each package, but if you need an additional copy, just give us a shout, and we’ll email you a soft copy right away.
What if my product isn’t delivered?
If our courier partners are unable to deliver your product and it’s returned to us, we’ll initiate a refund in the form of store credit, reflecting within 48-72 hours of initiation.
My package arrived damaged – what do I do?
While we perform multiple quality checks before shipping, the unexpected can sometimes occur. Rest assured, if your package is damaged, reach out to us, and we’ll promptly replace your order after verifying the issue. If the package appears tampered with, please don’t accept it. If you’ve already accepted a damaged package, contact us for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
Certainly! You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been packed for shipping. Once canceled, we’ll refund the entire amount paid for the order. We aim to make this process as hassle-free as possible.
What’s the time frame for a refund post-cancellation?
We initiate the refund immediately upon cancellation, and it should reflect in your source account within 5 to 7 working days from the time of refund initiation. Keep in mind that this duration is determined by your bank or e-wallet’s processing time.
Does Weebscult guarantee a full refund for canceled orders?
Absolutely! We’re committed to ensuring a complete refund for your canceled order, though we’d like to note that cancellations aren’t our favorite part of the job.
Payment Methods: We offer several payment methods, including Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and E-Wallets (Paytm, MobiKwik, PhonePe, and more). Payment options depend on your pin code, so check your pin code to see the available methods for your location.
What is the convenience fee?
The convenience fee includes COD charges (if applicable), fulfillment fees for a hassle-free shopping experience, and delivery fees. Please note that the convenience fee is non-refundable.
Will I incur additional costs like sales tax, OCTROI, etc.?
You should only pay what’s mentioned on the invoice; there should be no extra charges. If you encounter any unexpected fees, please inform us, and we’ll address the issue.
What if my account is debited, but I don’t receive an Order ID?
We ensure that an Order ID is only confirmed when our bank receives the payment from yours. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may result in your account being debited without confirmation on our end. If this happens, send an email to support@weebscult.com, and we’ll assist you.
